Cheryl Fisher, EdD, MSN, RN2025 Member-At-Large NomineeVision Statement: With over three decades of nursing leadership, education, and informatics expertise, I bring a vision of advancing the clinical research nursing profession through innovation, competency development, and global collaboration. My career spans senior leadership roles at the NIH Clinical Center and the University of Maryland School of Nursing, where I currently serve as Specialty Director for Nursing Informatics and faculty at the master’s and doctoral levels. I have extensive experience in curriculum design, evidence-based practice, program evaluation, and the integration of technology to enhance nursing research and education. As a long-standing IACRN member, past Research Committee Chair, and principal investigator on projects describing and advancing the clinical research nursing workforce, I am committed to fostering professional growth, strengthening research capacity, and ensuring our specialty’s contributions are recognized across the research enterprise. My skills in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and dissemination of best practices position me to contribute meaningfully to the IACRN Board’s mission. |
